At Therapy with Evie, I am able to bill Oregon Health Plan (OHP) through CareOregon, Health Share of Oregon, and OHP Open Card.

If you are covered by a different insurance plan, you are welcome to pay privately for sessions. Upon request, I can provide a superbill — an itemized statement you may submit to your insurer to see if they offer out‑of‑network reimbursement. This option is not available for out of network OHP members, due to Oregon Administrative Rules that prevent me from billing any OHP member for therapy.

I will review your benefits and share an estimate of costs for in‑network plans; however, I encourage you to be familiar with your coverage as you are ultimately responsible for any remaining balance.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy will cost.

Under a new law, mental health care providers need to give people who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for their services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services.

  • You may ask Therapy with Evie to give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You can also ask Therapy with Evie for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
